About the rental:

What’s included in the rental may vary. Typically, our standard package applies and includes the tent, sound system, lighting, extension cables, and a smoke machine with fluid refill.

The tent can accommodate approximately 40 people at the same time. Setup takes about 60 minutes, and a power outlet within 20 meters is required (standard 220V socket). We recommend setting up on grass, as tent stakes are used to secure the structure. Other surfaces are possible, but in those cases we cannot guarantee how firmly the tent will be anchored to the ground.

After the quote has been approved, clear instructions will be provided on how the tent works and how it should be used.

Delivery&Setup:

We will deliver the tent to your location and set it up so that it is ready to use when your event starts.

Pick it up yourself? Yes, the tent can be picked up by yourself.

Power: A 220V power outlet is required for the fan, lights, smoke machine and speakers.
